Return/Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange/store credit.  
  • Returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.  All sales exceeding 30% off sale item, or in our clearance tab are final sale and non-returnable. 
  • You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return your purchase.  Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise.  Please contact:  loisgayle@3andmeboutique.com 
  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in the same condition as you received them. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted. 
  • Return shipping is paid by customer. 
  • Email 3andMe at loisgayle@3andmeboutique.com to begin return process and receive confirmation return email. 
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Credits 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, then you’ll be issued a store credit.
